Our prolific client as seeking a Senior Design Manager to work on and delegate for a number of unique and large-scale buildings based in Manhattan. For a chance to be considered you will need to have the following:

• A minimum of 10 – 15 years if experience working within Architectural Firms.
• Be confident in delegation, mentoring and teaching junior professionals.
• Having the understanding this is not JUST a production role, management is a crucial part of this position.
• To have excellent written and verbal communication skills as this is a client facing position.
• Both Revit and Enscape proficiency is desired but not essential.  
• Exposure to medium and large-scale projects.
