Senior Production Manager

Job Description:

Manager of construction document production for established high-end custom home, multi-family residential and commercial design firm in Newport Beach, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of all phases of construction document production.
• Management of plan check correction and approval process
• Interface with all Agencies Having Jurisdiction, including: Local Planning, Engineering, Building and Safety Departments; HOA’s; California Coastal Commission: Local Fire Authority; Public and Private Utility Service Providers; etc. 
• Coordination with all project consultants including: interior designer, landscape architect, civil engineer, structural engineer, geotechnical engineer, MEP engineers, etc.
• Oversight and management of subordinate production staff.
• Formulation and management of individual project production schedules as well as overall production work flow within office.
• Construction Document QC/QA
