JKA is seeking a full-time Designer/Intern Architect with 0 to 1 year of work experience on architecture projects.

JKA is a 14-person architecture and urban design studio working on multi-family, hospitality, commercial, residential, and urban design projects. JKA fosters places and buildings that further social equity and support the health, happiness, and well-being of all living things.

The applicant will have a first or second professional degree in architecture and a passion for design, detailing, and urbanism. Initial work tasks will include design, production, and construction of commercial and multi-family residential projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CAD, and visualization software; Revit experience preferred
• Strong visualization skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Good team worker
• Ability to start work in two weeks
• In-office interview
• Long-term US work authorization only
