The Design Technology Manager is responsible for technical project team coordination relative to the use of BIM, visualization and fabrication technologies throughout EYRC’s office. The Design Technology Manager will help facilitate workflow among multiple design and documentation platforms, and proactively support design teams. Will have client and partner interaction on a range of project types of varying size from schematics through construction administration.

TYPICAL DUTIES / SKILLSETS

· Responsible for implementing current Design Technology strategy or assisting in revising as appropriate for project requirements.

· Primary interface with project management team and office.

· Ability to engage with Digital Practice Committee and manage the implementation of specific tasks or efforts within the office, reporting results to leadership.

· Inform project leadership of Design Technology issues which could potentially impact fees and project profitability.
